Yes, I know it’s Tuesday but Monday’s are everyone’s least favorite day of the week, right? I generally can’t wake up because my sleep schedule has been torn apart from the weekend, I was too lazy to cook on Sunday so I don’t have lunch to eat and everyone around me is wishing it was Friday…

The one thing that will get me through a lousy Monday is feeling good about how I look. So, I try to make my Monday outfit the best possible with the knowledge that my efforts will slowly decline throughout the week.

If you ask me what favorite city in the US is I will always tell you it’s New Orleans – second to NYC, of course. Seriously though, there’s something so enchanting and lovely about NOLA that never disappoints. I don’t know if it’s the people, the food, the history…maybe it’s everything? But it’s one of the few places that makes you feel like you’ve left the country while still on US soil.


Si me preguntas cual es mi ciudad favorita en los EE.UU. siempre te dire que es Nueva Orleans – despues de Nueva York, por supuesto. Hablando en serio, hay algo tan encantador y hermoso sobre NOLA que nunca te deja abajo . No sé si es la gente, la comida, la historia … tal vez es todo? Pero es uno de los pocos lugares que te hace sentir como si has dejado el país, mientras en suelo estadounidense.

I have to admit, I’m an absolute sucker for Target colabs. Ever since the Proenza Schouler (i still have a dress from that collection) for Target line I follow every launch. Last year was 3.1 Phillip Lim and this year the guys at Peter Pilotto designed a colorfully busy collection that makes me pine for Spring. I never thought I’d say this but please, New York, no more snow!
