If you know me at all then you know I am a sucker for snow. I am like a child when I wake up and there’s snow on the ground. So, clearly when I heard there was a chance of a snow storm I was incredibly excited. Don’t get me wrong, I worry about all the people who are having a tough time and I hope everyone is safe and okay but there’s something about snow day that makes me SO happy. We can wake up, make a yummy breakfast and then go sledding! Unfortunately, we didn’t buy a sled but we magically ran into our friends Jeff and Erica who actually had a tube with them. My amazing fiancé took some pictures of me, we hit the hills for a bit and then came home to eat carnitas made from scratch by yours truly. So, needless to say, today was the most perfect snow day ever.
Si me conoces en absoluto, entonces sabes que soy fanática de la nieve . Soy como una niña cuando me despierto y hay nieve en el suelo . Así que, claramente, cuando oí que había una posibilidad de una tormenta de nieve estaba que me moria de la emocion. No me malinterpreten, me preocupan todas las personas que están teniendo un momento difícil y espero que todos estén a salvo y bien, pero hay algo en días de nieve que me hace TAN feliz . Podemos despertar, hacer un delicioso desayuno y luego ir en trineo! Por desgracia , no compramos un trineo pero por arte de mágia nos encontramos con nuestros amigos Jeff y Erica que tenían un tubo con ellos . Mi increíble novio me tomó algunas fotos, nos deslizamos sobre la nieve y luego regresamos a casa a comer carnitas que hice ayer. Así que, ni que decir, hoy fue el día más perfecto.
